From a historic Turin-based shop to a solid global company with over €280 million in revenue, more than 220 stores worldwide and a presence in over 70 countries. In this session, Daniele Ferrero, Chairman and CEO of Venchi, will retrace an entrepreneurial journey shaped by bold decisions: from the company’s relaunch in 1998 after a difficult period, to the 2002 flood, through to the introduction of gelato to overcome seasonality and international expansion investments.

At the core of this evolution are key values such as quality, taste and creativity, which guide every choice and enable the brand to continuously renew itself, anticipating and responding to the preferences of new generations, increasingly influential in redefining consumption models.
