Leader del Futuro is a program of live and digital events aimed at young talents under 35. These professionals are bright, curious, passionate, and determined individuals to take on active leadership roles in shaping tomorrow's world.

Our mission: to build a community of young talents and help them develop their unique leadership style through an inspiring, highly motivational journey, with a clear focus on the future and excellence.

Our community: it comprises over 400 young professionals from large and mid-sized companies, entrepreneurs, and talents from family-owned businesses.
