Behind every day at Gardaland Park, however, lies a highly complex organization: a team of more than one thousand people to coordinate and motivate, real-time maintenance of facilities and logistics, as well as safety and emergency management.

During this session, Daniela Bricola will share her experience leading Gardaland Resort, part of Merlin Entertainments, offering participants a practical perspective on what it means to lead a complex organization while keeping people – from guests to employees – at the centre.
