Mid-summer evening: meeting with Enrico Bertolino (with accompanying guest)

Teatro Manzoni Via Alessandro Manzoni, 42 - 20121 MILANO

The Summer Evening offers an opportunity to reflect, starting from a simple question: as machines become increasingly intelligent, what is happening to the way we communicate, lead, and build relationships within organizations?

With his ironic and provocative style, Bertolino will step into this space, moving between artificial intelligence and personal leadership. Through a journey of examples and paradoxes, he will highlight the risk of increasingly standardized language, one that ultimately makes us less interesting than an algorithm, and the temptation to believe that empathy and relationships can be built “by imitation.”

It will also explore how “people teaching” can coexist with machine learning, provided that what cannot be automated remains at the center: authenticity, reputation, and the ability to genuinely connect with others. In this perspective, leadership and trust are not, and will never be, algorithms, but living constructs that require presence, coherence, and intention.
