In this exclusive two-day experience, hosted by the Italian Army, participants will be fully immersed in the core principles of military leadership—discipline, quick decision-making, and strategic vision. Though different from the corporate world, this structured, high-intensity environment provides powerful insights for navigating uncertainty, managing complexity, and leading people toward clear goals.

Through a blend of keynote talks, experiential activities, and both individual and group exercises, participants will step outside their comfort zone and develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their leadership style, and team dynamics.

Specifically, they will explore:

• Managing stress, pressure, and responsibility to maintain clarity, make effective decisions, and exercise command and control even in challenging contexts.
• Inclusive and authoritative leadership to guide teams with diverse ideas, ensure effective coordination, manage power in a balanced way, and build trust, including strategic negotiation moments.
• Effective communication through conscious delegation and targeted use of feedback as a lever for individual and team growth, strengthening stress management and operational coordination skills.

NOTE: Activities are designed to be enriching and stimulating, but not extreme—specifically tailored for young participants. All exercises are carried out in complete safety and under the supervision of expert personnel. Insurance coverage is included for all participants.
