The Midsummer Evening will offer a chance to reflect—through irony and lightness—on the world of work and the figure of the contemporary manager, through the satirical lens of Il Milanese Imbruttito.

Germano Lanzoni will take the stage with a theatrical monologue that, through the lens of humor, exposes the quirks, language, and habits of the Milanese manager (and beyond), while also encouraging broader reflection on the pace, values, and expectations of today’s corporate world.

Following the performance, a conversation will delve deeper into the topics explored, examining—somewhere between satire and reality—how humor can become a tool to critically observe the present… and to laugh at ourselves, too.
